General Rules

Delivery fees can range from $65 and up for drop offs, materials are not included. If attendants are required fee starts at $100. Fee is determined by location, day and time.

Venue Surcharge doesn't apply to all venues. Check with your venue to see if it applies to you. For catering services its usually 15%-20% on food and beverage amounts. This will be added to your invoice when there is a Catering Service Charge and any additional labor and fees of each facility requirements, if any.

Gratuity is absolutely appreciated and graciously accepted, but is not added to your balance. If gratuity is suggested, please give directly to the attendants on the day of your event. However, gratuity will be added to your balance for family-styled catering.

RoseTending Racy goal is to insure you an event to remember with our services! Catering: food sampling is offered prior to booking for catering services only. The full menu will not be available for sampling and is for 2 person maximum. A fee will apply and go towards your balance when booked. Fee will vary depending on menu selection up to 3 items. Event changes can be made up to 2 weeks prior to your event. 

Personal services: can be booked for a personal meal, weekly or monthly. Consultations are required to insure the best menu for your dietary needs and wants.

Mobile Bartending: Bar options can be changed 2 weeks prior to your event before finial payment. Same day bar services are available but not guaranteed. A same day service fee will be applied to your balance. Payment must be paid before the RoseTender arrive to your event. Consultations are required for all services, this don't apply to same day services, treasure box meals or signature liqueurs.
